汉语是中国各民族共同使用的语言，联合国正式语文和工作语言，又是世界上历史最悠久、发展水平最高的语言之一，有据可考的历史不少于6,000年。

2）“正式语文和工作”实际为“官方和工作”的概念，译为“official and working ”
3）这里把“历史最悠久”处理成”介词+名词“的形式来修饰language，其后再跟上对history的解读，实为翻译经济之策，值得学习。
